Email your order number, reason for return, and any useful photos if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Pack the item carefully
Items should be unused, clean, and in a condition suitable for resale unless they are faulty or wrong.

Send with proof of postage
Customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong. Keep your proof of postage until the return is resolved.

Refund or store credit
Once an eligible return is received and checked, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We may offer store credit for eligible returns up to 30 days.
