Orders and delivery
Where do DouceVita orders ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse. We currently provide UK-only delivery.
Why did only part of my order arrive?
Parcels may arrive separately as items are dispatched when available. Your delivery updates should reflect each parcel as it moves through dispatch.
How quickly will support reply?
Email support@doucevita.com and we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Returns and refunds
How are refunds handled?
For eligible returns, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days after the return has been received and checked.
Can I receive store credit?
Store credit for eligible returns up to 30 days may be available, depending on the item condition and return request.
Who pays return postage?
Customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong.

How should I care for soft furnishings?
Always follow the individual care label first, then wash similar colours together and avoid overloading the machine.
